All shipping charges are not included and will be calculated after check out once we process your order.
We only ship when and where legal
* Please note that you must be at least 21 years old to order or receive
alcohol from this web site. All orders require the signature of a person
at least 21 years of age.
* Due to our strict policy of not shipping alcohol to minors, please be
advised that WE RESERVE THE RIGHT TO REFUSE ORDERS FOR ANY REASON WITHOUT
EXPLANATION. Thank you for your understanding.
Local Shipping Rates
· Someone at least 21 years old must to present to sign for delivery
· Any orders received after 2:30 pm will be processed for next day
shipping
· Drivers will contact you for delivery dates and times
· Gift Baskets are not available for local delivery service
· Any orders over $200 within Chicago* are free (gift baksets & wine clubs are not included)
· Delivery Borders: North=Irving Park; South=Roosevelt: West=Western: East=Lake
· Orders under $200 within Chicago* will be $10-$15 for
delivery(gift baskets & wine clubs are not included)
Domestic Shipping Rates
Store Pickup
You can place an order online for pickup at Just Grapes. Please allow at
least 24 hours for your order to be processed. You will be contacted by
the store when your order is ready for pickup.
* Shipping rates will be calculated on your order just prior to your
purchase authorization. Shipping rates are determined by the number of
bottles (including size and weight) and carrier/service selected. Shipping
charges are subject to change, and apply to the continental US only.
Customers requesting shipping outside the continental US will be notified
of their charges prior to billing. (see approximate cost on chart below)
International Shipping Information
* International shipping rates may vary based on size, weight, and value
of the shipment. Please call our Shipping Department at 312-627-9463
between the hours of 9 A.M. - 5 P.M. U.S. CST Monday through Friday for
current International shipping rates.
* Please be aware that some International shipments will incur duties and
taxes which are calculated only upon arrival at their destination. These
charges are in addition to our regular shipping fees, and will be billed
to you at a later date.
Important message about delivery
* Orders received after 2:30 pm U.S. CST will be processed the following
business day.
* Just Grapes will not to ship certain products via Ground in extremely cold or
hot weather in order to protect your purchase. If you require an expedited
delivery, we recommend that you choose an Overnight delivery option.
Otherwise, we are happy to hold your order until weather permits a safe
delivery. If it becomes necessary to hold your order we will notify you
via e-mail.
* All claims for shortages, incorrect product, or damage, must be made
within 30 days of receipt of delivery.
· If the purchaser's shipping address is outside the state of Illinois,
and Just Grapes is shipping the order via Common Carrier, the purchaser is
exempt from paying Illinois sales tax*. If the purchaser's shipping
address is outside the state of IL and the purchaser, or someone
designated by the purchaser, picks up purchase at any IL Just Grapes location,
the purchaser will be charged IL sales tax. All purchasers are required to
pay Cook County tax regardless of where the order is placed or fulfilled.
*Please note: Some states have rules governing the purchase of products in
other states. Please check with the sales tax authority in your state for
its rules and regulations.
